There are 3 easy ways to pay for CD’s:

- Credit Card (by Pay Pal)

Please transfer the amount due without any Tax- and/or Bank-Transfer deductions.
Banks tranfers within the European Union are charge-free when you do a SWIFT-bank-tranfer (which means you use IBAN and BIC).
PAYPAL
Paying through paypal is easy if you have a paypal account. Just send money to epiphanyshop@googlemail.com
Credit Card
We use Pay Pal's credit card service. You are directed to a secure Pay Pal page.
Withdrawal
You are allowed to withdraw your contract within 2 weeks (by sending a letter, a fax or by email) or by returning the goods, except in the case your order has been placed as a result of your employer’s activity (orders by employers). The withdrawal period starts with the receipt of this instruction as well as receiving the ordered goods. For preservation of the withdrawal period a withdrawal in time is sufficient.

The seller reserves the right to demand compensation for a loss of value, if the returned goods are used, in bad condition or defective. No claims for compensation shall be admissible if a loss of value should exclusively derive from testing. You may avert claims for compensation in connection with use of merchandise by viewing the latter only to an extent necessary for such inspection. Please send the parcel at our risk; if this is not possible, we will pick up the parcel at your home if possible. Refund of payment must be made within 30 days after sending the withdrawal to our adress.
